Lash technicians run real businesses with real liability. Every client needs a consultation record, an allergy history and a documented patch test. Most of that was being kept in paper folders, phone notes and a diary app that knew nothing about any of it.
Meanwhile the commercial side was invisible. Technicians could not easily see what they had earned this week, which treatments made money, or which clients had stopped rebooking.
